Mike Mancy is an independent, self managed artist from Houston, Texas. He got his start playing and writing in both Los Angeles, CA and Nashville, TN for several years and is now living back in Ft. Worth, TX. The album "Uneven Ground", was released in September of 2004 and had seven songs on the radio from the "Uneven Ground" Album. Three of the seven were spun on over 150 stations and 30 states across the US. Two other songs on the album are on internet radio and were in the top 50 of most requests in 2005. The single "Let it Roll" is featured in an independent film called "The Ranch" directed and written by Grady Moore and was released in the summer of 2005. Also in the Fall of 2006, The Mike Mancy Band performed on CMT (Country Music Television) with the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders for the "Making the Squad". Mancy is currently in the studio working on the new album "Blue Sky".
